quote...

“Do you actually do
what you claim to believe?” “Show me that
you believe what you believe by what you
do.” And there is a radical disconnect
between what we say and what we do, and
they know it.
And it is time for us to stop saying, “Oh,
no, there’s not. Oh, no, there’s not. It’s
just them.” It’s time for us to say, “It is
us. The problem is us.” It is time for us
to say, “There is no justification; there
is no rationalization; there is no
explanation other than one, sin.” Anytime
there is division in the body of Christ, it
is sin. It’s time for us to stop playing
the blame game and to take responsibility.
‘Cause usually what we do in a situation
like that, is we want to know who’s right
and who’s wrong. We’re both wrong, and
nobody’s right. Whenever there is division
in the body of Christ, nobody wins. Nobody.
Even if the division is necessary. Even if
the division is because leaders of the
church have departed from the faith, and
they’ve given up the Trinity. Even then
division is painful and it is hurtful.
